Domestic Shipments
- Most orders are shipped out within 2-3 business days of placing your order. Custom mixes, large orders, and nicotine take longer.
- Orders are shipped via the USPS (United Stated Postal Service)
- In the case of back orders we will ship items that are in-stock and then we will ship back ordered items when we receive them
- Order tracking numbers will be provided once your order ships. Tracking information is not always accurate and is beyond our control.
- If your package is rejected or returned to us, you will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred and a 25% restocking fee.
- Verify that you enter or select the correct address upon checkout. USPS charges $12.50 for address corrections after the package has been shipped, this fee will be charged to the credit card you used for the purchase.
- Free Shipping is NO LONGER AVAILABLE
- 5 Gallon sized propylene glycol or vegetable glycerin are not shipped. They are available for in-store pickup, or can be shipped as 5-1 Gallon Jugs
- If your country is not listed in the registration or checkout process, we may not ship to your country due to regulations. You can always contact us to ask.
- The customer takes full responsibility of the package once it leaves our facility, we are not responsible for lost or held shipments.
- If your package is rejected, returned to us, or held by your countries customs department you will be responsible for the full invoice amount. No refunds will be given
- The customer is responsible for any customs fee, duties, taxes or any other fees associated with the order.
- We will NOT alter or modify the invoice or product labels, all items shipped internationally must be declared
- We no longer ship to Canada, due to too many problems with customs.
